Aquarel is a conglomerate of shopping hypermarkets providing leisure and social services. Already at the design stage, one of the largest shopping and entertainment complexes in the Moscow Region won the International Property Awards and received BREEAM Very Good eco-standard certification.

The layout of the complex is centred around its anchor tenant, the Auchan hypermarket, as well as 2 shopping galleries and adjacent technical facilities. Its exterior mimics the suburban landscape of small houses with pitched roofs and brings the huge complex closer to the human scale and organically integrates it into the suburban environment.
