K2 is the first A-class business centre in Moscow to receive an Excellent rating according to BREEAM Europe Commercial standards. According to BREEAM, the project met 74% of the criteria, which was the highest rating among Russian projects at the time of construction.

The building is designed on the principles of green architecture, using renewable energy sources, rainwater collection tanks, and daylight accumulation.
