The new residential district is built on a narrow plot along the riverbank. One of the key objectives of the project was to comfortably locate 5 residential clusters on a complex site to provide a maximum number of apartments with a river view as well as create a well-equipped social infrastructure and public space for future tenants. The project also includes a school and a kindergarten.

Clusters consist of two to three houses joined by a stylobate at ground level. Four detached residential buildings of four to seven stories are also included in the complex. Buildings have pitched roofs — this solution visually reduces the number of floors, makes the environment more human-scale, and at the same time, preserves the desired quantity of living spaces.
