The Loft FM apartment complex is located in the former Prof-Radio Research Institute in Moscow. The project adapts the corridor system of the building for apartments of different types and sizes: from a studio of 17 m2, with a sleeping place on the mezzanine, to three-bedroom apartments. The ground floor has been partially converted into a parking area.

The facade of the building has undergone minimal changes: it features contrasting shades of black and white, enlarged windows on the first floor provide entrances to commercial premises, and there is a distinctive awning above the central entrance.

The project’s image is built around the 50s, radio, and music — it’s assumed the building will even have its own radio station called LOFT FM.
