The Loft FM apartment complex is located in the former Prof-Radio Research Institute in Moscow. The project adapts the corridor system of the building for apartments of different types and sizes: from a studio of 17 m2, with a sleeping place on the mezzanine, to three-bedroom apartments. The first  floor boasts enlarged window openings, and the central entrance features a distinctive awning.

The project’s image is built around the 50s, radio, and music – it’s assumed that the building will even have its own radio station called LOFT FM.
