The M10 is a complex that consists of three contemporary villas located near the Lobe River on a complex natural site. The conflict between the features of the site, local legislation, and the customer’s requirements for the project became the starting point for the design.

Thus, each villa is divided into 2 self-sufficient parts, hence the project accommodates 6 residential units instead of 3. Due to the villa’s stepped and terraced shape, each unit was able to acquire its own pool with a river view. Furthermore, the project maintained the key principles of traditional Jurmala architecture and preserved trees that have been growing on the property.
