R&D Renova is an architectural and engineering concept for a multidisciplinary scientific and technical centre with research facilities and an administrative and business area.

The project implements the principles of low environmental impact and renewable energy sources. Technological spaces and processes as well as interconnections between functions at all levels have all been optimised. The project is built on the principles of modularity and versatility, and meets the requirements of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), sufficient to obtain a silver certificate.
