RSI is a residential complex consisting of three blocks. The first one is a linear building, arranged with two 19-storey towers and a central section of 9 floors. In the gap between the sections there is a small square with a playground.

The second quarter lies between two adjacent ones and has a curved border containing “square” and “T”-shaped sections.

The key feature of the quarter is a high arch leading to the park. The arch creates a nice atmosphere and gives the building a picturesque appearance.
