The Tribeca Apartments is a residential complex located on the site of former industrial buildings. It converted existing spaces into apartments with public functions on the first floor, underground parking, and a landscaped area with kids’ play areas, artificial ponds, fountains, and art objects.

The complex resembles New York skyscrapers in design, but remains modern, bright, and even ironic at the same time. A similar theme is used to decorate all three entrance groups. Each lobby adheres to a specific style, but all are inspired by the same motif.
