The BD9 is a compact business complex with spa located on a small plot in the historic quarter. The interior of the complex doesn’t fully adapt the style of the surrounding buildings, but reflects it in the colour patterns as well as in the intricate decorations.
The facades combine simple, noble, and high-quality materials such as natural stone with various textures, microcement, and small metal elements in the design of windows, elevators, and outdoor furniture. In the architecture of the sections, even the smallest details are taken into consideration: the design features a doorbell, an entrance lighting, a number sign, and an awning. Terraces and balconies are also fully thought out and complemented with a multifunctional stone element that can be used as a fence or a bench.
Water is another important element of the design. Shallow ponds surround almost all sections of the complex, creating the feeling that the buildings are floating.
