Jazz is a complex with an image and style inspired by the 1920s aesthetics and jazz music. The same vision is transferred into the interior of the building through the design of the central lobby and several entrance groups.
Interior materials and colour palettes were determined by the complex’s brand book, however a distinctive feature of the project is the sense of home present in all the entrance halls. In the project standard sofa zones are replaced with a large dining table surrounded by chairs, as if it were a living room of someone’s apartment. To enhance the atmosphere, the tables are placed beside windows covered with heavy curtains.
While all the complex’s entrance groups are designed in the same style and employ repeated elements, each of them also has a unique character and personality. Distinctive image of each lobby is achieved primarily through the use of works by American realism artists — Tamara de Lempicka, Edward Hopper, and others. The enlarged images on the walls make spaces appear more modern, and enable one to immerse themself in the jazz environment.
