The five levels of the facade wall symbolize the five parts of the Torah (Hamesha Humshei Torah) – different in content, but equally important and filled with light. The window openings from the 4th through the 7th floors are connected by two stories each, visually reducing the building’s proportions to a more human scale. These windows feature decorative panels, triangular in plan shape, creating the illusion of ‘concealing’ the windows when moving down the alley from one side and, conversely, ‘revealing’ them when traveling along the alley from Obraztsova Street.

To access the building, one must walk through a narrow passageway, two stories in height, ascending a ramp to reach the entrance. This passageway forms a towering ‘gap’ between two walls, clearly visible when approaching from the street.
