BD9 is a compact business complex with a spa, set on a small plot in the historic quarter. The interiors continue the exterior’s language—minimalist in design, with microcement, brass details, and deep, textured surfaces in natural stone shaped through a range of finishing techniques.

The interiors of the villas and lobbies are spacious and light-filled, an effect achieved through extensive glazing and a spare approach to furnishing. The lobby holds only a few large pieces—a sofa, a fireplace, a reception desk. The mailboxes, finished with tiny brass elements, are built into the microcement wall, and brass dots are scattered across the floor like coins. Lamellas control the natural light, a necessity given the lobby’s south-facing windows.
