CONSTANTA is a corner building on Blaumaņa and Tērbatas streets in the historic centre of Riga, with a rounded corner tower and an ornate turn-of-the-century facade. As part of the project’s visualisation phase, a set of camera angles and renders was developed to capture the building from every meaningful vantage point—corner and drone views, street-level facades.

Several viewpoints required solving real urban constraints. Obstructing neighbouring buildings had to be removed or rendered transparent to reveal otherwise-blocked perspectives, and a telescopic, compressed viewpoint was developed to bring the facade to a more monumental scale.

Multiple facade planes were also combined into a single architectural elevation, designed to work as an interactive selector for navigating the building’s commercial and residential spaces.
