Context
River Properties is an urban real estate developer and property manager focused on the development and operation of residential, office, and commercial properties in Riga and Jūrmala.
Over time, the company’s existing visual identity no longer reflected the essence of the brand: its premium positioning, contemporary outlook, and meticulous attention to detail. The identity also lacked flexibility, making it difficult for the internal team to apply consistently across different formats and touchpoints.
This created a need for a refreshed identity that would represent River Properties as it stands today while supporting its future ambitions. The new system had to be modern, adaptable, and easy to use, while maintaining a clear sense of continuity with the most recognizable elements of the previous identity.

Logotype
The new logo is built around softness, continuity, and cohesion. Its flowing form reflects growth, while the distinctive treatment of the letter “r” creates rhythm and connects both words into a balanced whole.
The identity includes three logo formats: a primary two-line wordmark, a horizontal version, and a compact mark for smaller applications such as social media.

System
The new identity gives River Properties a fresh and distinctive look that stands apart from the visual language of its competitors. Bold and recognisable, the system is designed to adapt seamlessly across a wide range of formats and touchpoints.
The palette combines nuanced, unconventional shades inspired by architecture, natural materials, and the Baltic environment, complemented by two vivid accent colors that add energy and character.
The typeface was carefully selected for its structured, highly geometric forms and memorable letter shapes. At the same time, its clean grotesque character keeps the visual language clear and prevents it from feeling overly complex.
The system is completed by a signature modular pattern, adding another recognisable layer to the identity and reinforcing its ideas of structure, connection, and growth.
