Exclusive seaside residential complex on
the very first coastline of Jūrmala, Latvia.

Context

Noble Residence is a unique premium residential project in Jūrmala, set right on the seafront among the pine trees. As the development was preparing to enter the market, it needed a clear positioning and a focused set of communication and sales materials to support the launch and drive early sales.

Positioning

Noble Residence is a timeless place to live in the very heart of Jūrmala. Set in a city steeped in history and legend, it offers first-class living in a truly exceptional setting. This sense of uniqueness and continuity is reflected in the name itself—a name that conveys elegance, lasting value, and deep respect for its surroundings.

Logotype

The logo is minimal and elegant, built around a classic, timeless typeface that was refined to give the identity a more distinctive character. Its restrained form reflects the project’s quiet confidence, premium feel, and sense of lasting value.

System

The design system is built around quiet sophistication, refined minimalism, clarity, and a strong sense of recognition. Deep, nuanced shades of blue reference Jūrmala’s sky and the shifting color of the sea. Rich brown tones draw from pine trunks and natural wood, adding warmth and depth. A clean grotesque typeface, generous use of space, and a restrained visual rhythm create a calm, premium feel. The logo also becomes a flexible graphic element, at times turning into a subtle background pattern.

For offline touchpoints, premium materials were chosen to extend the same sense of quality into every physical detail.

Gift Book

For each future resident, we created a bespoke gift book—a beautifully crafted hardbound edition with a fabric cover and delicate Noble engraving on the front.
The book tells the story of the residence itself: its architecture, design, and the thinking behind every detail. It features an interview with lead architect Zane Tetere-Šulce, introduces the wider project team—from architects and designers to landscape specialists and artists—and includes a dedicated chapter on Jūrmala, exploring its history, atmosphere, and iconic places.

We developed the entire piece in-house, from content and storytelling to design, layout, and print production.

The European Property Awards 2025

Noble Residence went on to win at The European Property Awards 2025. For the submission, we developed the full set of materials from the ground up—from copywriting and storytelling to the complete visual presentation—shaping a clear, compelling case for the project.
